Modern Mama Customs Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Modern Mama Customs! 💗 Most of our products are made to order, meaning your item is created especially for you after your order is placed.
Processing & Production Times
Because our products are made to order, please allow time for your order to be produced before it ships. Most orders are produced within 2–7 business days, but production times may vary depending on the product, print provider, order volume, holidays, or other circumstances.
Production time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced and shipped, delivery times will vary depending on your location and the shipping method available for your order.
Shipping estimates shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Tracking Your Order
When tracking is available, you will receive tracking information after your order ships. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking information after your shipping confirmation is sent.
Orders May Arrive in Multiple Packages
Some Modern Mama Customs products may be fulfilled by different production facilities. If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. You will not be charged additional shipping after your order has been placed because items are shipped separately.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at hello.modernmama26@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before production or shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed.
Modern Mama Customs is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are outside of our control. If your tracking information shows an issue or your package appears to be lost, please contact us and we will do our best to help determine the next steps.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy and contact us within 14 days of delivery.
International Shipping
Availability, shipping costs, delivery times, customs fees, duties, and taxes may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees, import duties, or taxes unless otherwise stated at checkout.
